There is a distinct scent of mint with a fruity and honey touch in Ruby Black Tea, which its complexity is one of a kind and impressive that remains after repeated infusion. The dry tea leaves are tight, dark and glossy, emitting a honey fragrance. The bright orange-red liquor brings you a note of coolness, sweetening your mouth without any bitterness. It is good for promotion of the secretion of saliva.

沖泡建議（可按個人喜好調整）

熱泡：

120-150ml泡茶器皿，推薦使用瓷質蓋碗/茶壺，投茶量5-6g，保持高溫沖泡，輕緩注水，茶湯的潤度會提升。第一次潤茶即可飲用，頭5道即沖即出，第6道起逐道延長5秒左右，維持湯色橙黃/橙紅清透即可。

杯泡：投茶量盡量少，水溫可適度降低，飲剩四分之一茶湯續水。

冷泡：室溫飲用水，1g茶100ml水的比例（普通水瓶500ml，即茶葉5g）。室溫浸泡3-5小時，冷藏6小時以上。隨心泡，可嘗一口，滋味適口即可飲用。
