有別於目前一般台灣高山茶之製法，此款貴妃烏龍發酵度較高，且經多次低溫烘焙，乾茶顆粒重實，墨綠中隱黃，泛蜜香。沸水沖泡後，香氣四溢，湯色金黃透亮，葉底紅邊明顯，氣息純淨清涼，茶湯入口芳香清逸，蜜韻悠長。

Produced by a different craftsmanship from the existing ones for general Taiwan High Mountain Tea, this Empress Oolong has a higher fermentation degree and low-temp roasted repeatedly. Emitting a honey aroma, the plump dry leaves are in blackish green with a bit of yellow. Brewed with boiling water, it turns into a bright golden-yellow liquor, and the red edges in tea grounds are obvious. Along with notes of clearness and coolness, the tea tastes clean and fragrant, with a long lasting honey aroma.

特殊工藝：

嚴選發酵足的金萱與青心烏龍，約三分之二的金萱烏龍，三分之一的青心烏龍，兩種茶混合拼配後，一個星期內經多次低溫烘焙，如此反復烘焙、退火，使香氣更足，蜜韻悠長。

沖泡建議：（可按個人喜好調整）

◉ 120-150ml蓋碗壺，投茶6-7g，保持高溫沖泡，純淨水為佳。潤茶後，頭4道浸泡30～35秒左右出湯，隨後按個人喜好調整浸泡時間，維持湯色金黃清亮即可。

◉ 杯泡，普通馬克杯，3g左右茶量，熱水浸泡5分鐘左右即可。

◉ 冷泡：1g茶100ml室溫水的茶水比例，室溫浸泡5-6小時，冷藏過夜。

（最方便的冷泡法：買一瓶水，塞茶葉進去，500ml水大約放2個小瓶蓋的烏龍乾茶份量，靜置半天，即可飲用。）
