 樸實溫厚，經典傳承

【 陳年茶——溫厚平和 】
存放良好、茶質優良的陳年老茶，經過多年的陳放，茶葉內刺激性物質如茶多酚、咖啡碱下降，芳香物質轉而為內斂的沉香；而可溶性糖、果膠物質、茶紅素、茶褐素增多。

因此陳放良好的老茶，口感醇和熟糯，湯色深濃而清亮，對胃腸刺激性低，體感溫和。


【 老烏龍——台灣茶經典傳承 】
此款台灣民國64年（即1975年）的老烏龍，發酵充分，早期經過炭焙，陳期足47年，乾茶捲曲狀色澤紅褐，湯色橙紅油亮，不渾濁而清亮，香氣帶木質香、陳香，軟糯醇厚，粘稠度高，氣息平和。

初品此茶，覺著它似熟普之醇香但無渥堆味，又似武夷岩茶之木質香但無岩韻。後再細細品嘗，其實此台灣老烏龍其韻味自成一派，身骨厚重而不失清涼滑潤。

飲一道台灣烏龍老茶，感受台灣茶質樸的經典傳承。

【 沖泡建議 】
泡此類老烏龍需沸水泡，以激發茶香，潤茶一道後浸泡約30s左右出湯，越往後可延長浸泡時間，久浸無澀。
