Description

紅烏龍與一般的台灣清香型烏龍茶,風格韻致很不一樣,清香型烏龍茶發酵度較輕,香氣會更清冽細幽,較大地保留了茶葉本真的滋味。


而紅烏龍的萎凋、發酵度較深,接近紅茶,看乾茶湯色葉底便可知。茶葉內含物質較多地轉化,使得茶湯對腸胃的刺激性會更弱,腸胃較不佳者更推薦飲用較溫和的茶品。


【推薦泡發】

蓋碗泡:純淨水為佳。110-150ml蓋碗投茶6-7克,沸水沖泡,無需洗茶,第1泡稍微悶泡,第2-5泡浸泡時間稍短(20-30秒),隨後適當悶泡。


入口香甜溫潤,熟果香細緻飽滿,茶湯滋味穩定,湯色橙紅透亮。似紅茶般甜柔,又多了些豐厚的滋味在裡頭。


杯泡:投茶2-3g,熱水浸泡。

冷泡:1g茶葉100ml水,純淨水為佳,浸泡數時,待茶色轉深、淺嘗適口便可飲用。
