人蔘烏龍  GIN SENG OOLONG TEA

嚴選台灣烏龍與美國花旗蔘，將兩者混合併堆，再進行長時間低溫慢焙，烏龍茶充分吸收了蔘香，最後將茶葉與花旗蔘分隔開，只保留烏龍茶。沸水沖泡後，茶香夾裹著濃郁的蔘香溢滿開來，茶湯甘潤甜醇，回甘強且生津持久。飲後齒頰留香，神清氣爽。

Mixed and piled up with American ginseng and slow-roasted by a low temperature for hours, the carefully-picked Taiwan Oolong Tea fully absorbs the scent of ginseng and remains after ginseng is taken out. Brewed with boiling water, the tea is overloaded with a strong aroma of ginseng. It is sweet and mellow with a rich aftertaste, promoting long-lasting secretion of saliva. Be refreshed with this pleasant taste.

【 沖泡建議 】
建議蓋碗 / 茶壺沖泡
120-150ml茶器，投茶5-6g，維持高溫沖泡，可不洗茶，頭6道浸泡10-15s左右出湯，過後可適當延長浸泡時間，可泡10道以上，維持湯色橙黃即可。

◎此泡法可以盡顯此款人蔘烏龍，粘稠細滑的湯感特點。
頭幾道的滋味較厚重，蓋有甜香，飲後甘香持久，舌面回甜持久不散，喉韻潤澤；泡至第5道起，蔘香稍微減弱，茶湯的活潤感和粘稠度上升。

杯泡盡量少放茶葉。
