Floral and Fruity Da Hong Pao ▪ Bai Rui Xiang 

百瑞香，岩茶中的高香品種，經傳統工藝文火炭焙，香醇柔和，沁甜悠揚。
頭幾道含花香、果香、堅果香、粽葉香，泡至尾水有森林之清凜草木氣息，可謂集多種復合香氣於一體的茶品。

Bai Rui Xiang, a premium rock tea, roasted by slow charcoal fire with traditional craftsmanship, is mellow and gentle with a note of sweetness.
The first few infusions feature aroma of flower, fruit, nuts and bamboo leaves, while the last ones emit the scent of grass and trees in the forest. It is a tea with mixed fragrance.

武夷岩茶 · 千滋百味

福建武夷山，作為世界烏龍茶與紅茶的發源地，茶葉品種繁多，又因山場不同、樹種不同、工藝不同，成茶滋味萬千，值得我們慢慢去了解嘗試。

【百瑞香 | 高香品種 】
百瑞香，與耳熟能詳的武夷當家品種肉桂、水仙相比，屬於小眾品種，但此品種確是拼配大紅袍裡，重要的一種拼配原料，以增香、提升茶湯潤度。

【少量精製 | 老師傅 傳統炭焙】
一年一採之春茶，單一山場，單一品種，原滋原味，雖不是正岩產區，但生態尤好，茶樹生長於山林間，且工藝正統。

傳統武夷岩茶工藝製作，木炭文火慢燉了3次，火功為中火，每次燉約10小時，耐存、溫和、耐泡、香氣變化富層次。

經過文火炭焙的茶，咖啡碱因受熱升華性，在緩慢長時的加溫下，逐漸減少，茶中的刺激性物質降低，內質醇化，更適合腸胃不佳者飲用，且低咖啡因不影響睡眠。

【 沖泡建議 】
◎工夫茶泡法：
120ml～150ml器皿，每次8g，口味清淡者，小容量器皿可取半袋即4g沖泡。
維持高溫沖泡，頭5道即刻出湯，過後適當延長浸泡時間，可泡8道有餘，維持湯色橙黃透亮即可。

◎杯泡：
2～3g，90°左右熱水浸泡數分鐘後飲用，飲剩四分之一茶湯續水。

◎冷泡：
半袋4g——400～500ml室溫純淨水，
一袋8g——800～1000ml室溫純淨水，
冷藏5小時以上即可飲用。
