Description

 當提起台灣的歷史名茶，凍頂烏龍即浮現腦海。這款以青心烏龍採製而成的半球形烏龍茶，採用中發酵及中烘焙工藝，其乾茶色澤墨綠，聞之清芬。沸水沖泡，隨之飄來濃郁的熟果甜香。小呷一口琥珀色的茶湯，滋味甘甜醇滑、圓潤飽滿，回甘持久。層次豐富，耐泡且餘韻不絕，令人念念不忘。

When mentioning traditional famous tea in Taiwan, Dong Ding Oolong Tea will surely pop up in our mind. Moderately fermented and lightly roasted, this hemispherical oolong tea is made from Chin Shin Oolong Tea leaves which its dry leaves are in blackish green, emitting a fresh fragrance. Brewing with boiling water, there is a strong aroma of sweet ripe fruit in the air. You could taste its persistent notes of sweetness and mellowness with just a sip of the full-bodied amber liquor. It endures long infusions and impresses you with a complex taste and a lingering finish.

【沖泡建議】
120-150ml泡茶器皿，投茶6-7g，沸水潤洗後，頭幾道浸泡20-30s出湯，隨後適當延長浸泡時間，十泡有餘韻。

杯泡，少量2-3g，加入200-300ml熱水，想要湯感滑潤一點的不需要沸水，浸泡數分鐘後即可飲用，留下少量茶湯續水回沖。

冷泡，4-5g茶，400-500ml飲用水，純淨水為佳，室溫浸泡4小時左右，冷藏過夜。
