【 阿里山珠露烏龍 】

源自阿里山較高海拔茶區——石棹茶區，高山茶區因終年雲霧繚繞、雨量充沛、日夜溫差大，所產之茶內質豐富、苦澀物質含量底、芳香甘甜物質含量較高。

 

乾茶緊結飽滿、油潤翠綠、勻淨，隱甜香。沸水溫杯投茶後輕搖，奶甜香十分明顯。泡開後入口高冷、鮮香、清甜，湯感細膩順滑，高山氣息明顯，回甘清涼綿延。湯色呈油潤的金黃色，於燈光下搖曳出剔透的光芒。葉底原片手採盡顯，梗葉肥厚，綠葉紅鑲邊，觸感柔軟。


 與同一產區所產之「金萱烏龍」口感還是有些微差別，相較之下，珠露會更甜，金萱更冽。奶甜香都較明顯。

 

【沖泡方法】

◎蓋碗泡：130-150ml蓋碗，投茶6-7克。沸水溫洗蓋碗後，投茶輕晃，有濃郁的奶甜香。

保持高溫沖泡，可以不洗茶，第一泡浸泡久一點約40-50秒左右出湯，味道較鮮淡。隨後每泡浸泡30-40秒，球型烏龍待茶葉完全舒展後茶滋最為醇美。第六泡起可每泡遞增10秒左右，保持湯色金黃明亮即可，十泡有餘韻。

 

◎杯泡：取茶3g左右，熱水浸泡至湯色金黃即可飲用。

 

◎冷泡：1g茶葉比100ml水，純淨水為佳，室溫浸泡3-4小時，冷藏過夜。

 

【關於保質期】

於抽真空包裝的清香型烏龍茶而言，未開封、避光陰涼、乾燥處儲存，可以保鮮多年。

開封後密封儲存一年內飲用鮮度最佳，只要不受潮發霉都可放心品飲。

較新的烏龍鮮香度高，存久了鮮度下降但會更甜醇。
